At least 49 insurgents killed during fresh security forces’ operations
A least 49 government oppositions were killed during Afghan security forces routine mission in 11 province of the country in the past 24 hours.
According to Ministry of Interior press office, Afghan National Police personnel lunched the operations in relevant areas of Baghlan, Badakhshan, Takhar, Balkh, Kandahar, Uruzgan, Ghazni, Paktika, Paktia, Herat and Helmand provinces, and as a result which 49 Taliban militants were killed, 21 wounded and another arrested by security forces.
Some heavy and light weapons and ammunitions have been seized by Afghan National Police officials following the operations.
