IE development committee met foreign organizations active in Herat
Focusing on development projects as ways out of the current crisis, Mowlawi Islam Jar discussed implementing short-and-long projects with the foreign organizations` heads in Herat.
The Islamic Emirate development committee led by Noor Ahmad Islam Jar, the IE Herat governor yesterday met foreign organizations active in the province.

Mowlawi Islam Jar described “Pashdan dam, Herat-Chasht road and Salma dam “projects as key projects in Herat and called on beginning these projects.
“7 billion Afs as development budget is devoted to 141 projects in Herat province, but 31 projects have not begun practically.” the IE economic head said
He added the delayed projects belong to “the railway, local organs, public health, education and aviation”.
The UN office representative also assured of the world community aids` continuity to Afghanistan people.
He added the security situations are improved and it lets the humanitarian aids to be delivered in remote cities like Shindand and Zir Kuh in the province.
