Shorabak hydropower dam
Shorabak hydropower dam with 3 turbines and capacity of 7.5 megawatts was recently built on the Kokche river at a cost of $ 80 million with the help of the German federal government.
According to the ex-government officials Shorabak hydropower dam can electrify 15,000 families in Faizabad, the capital of Badakhshan province.
